We do not accept any returns. All sales are final.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at service@humiboost.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products. This includes, but is not limited to, custom products, perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
